Eggs, omelette station, pancake & waffle bar, french toast, variety of sausages, bacon and other breakfast meats, breakfast potatoes, eggs benedict, danish, pastries, cinamon rolls, blintzes, bagels & lox.
Carving station
Roasted top sirloin au jus, house-roasted turkey with trimmings, honey-roasted, spiral-cut ham, roasted pork loin, leg of lamb (seasonal).
Salads
Caesar and spinach salads, a make-your-own salad station, oriental noodle salad, marinated grilled vegetables, artichoke heart salad, fresh fruit and potato salads.
Chilled Seafood bar
Peel 'n eat shrimp, snow crab legs and poached salmon.
Island foods
Potstickers, wontons, eggrolls, lumpia, chicken satay, teriyaki beef sticks, kalua pork, saimen with portuguese sausage, pineapple-bacon fried rice, mahi mahi, sushi rolls.
